AAIRRR is a listing directory for AI, robotics, and related hardware/software. We do not directly sell or facilitate transactions; we only provide a platform for users to list and discover products.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree not to use the App for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities.

4. Listing & Content Guidelines

• Users must provide truthful, non-misleading information in listings.

• AAIRRR reserves the right to remove content that violates policies or is deemed inappropriate.

• Users may not list prohibited or illegal items.

5. Payments & Fees

• Listing Fees: Certain listings require a fee, processed through Stripe.

• No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for listing fees.

• Service Modifications: We may change pricing or services at any time with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

• All App content, logos, and branding are the property of AAIRRR.

• Users retain rights to content they upload but grant us a license to display it.

7. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

• AAIRRR is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of listed products.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

• No liability for third-party transactions or damages arising from listings.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
